About Your Guide
Marcella Crank is a Growth Coach, the author of The Self-Love Workbook for Women and A Guided Self-Love Reflection Journal, and she is the founder of Crank It Up Coaching. She blends applied psychology with compassion-centered coaching to help people move forward with clarity, self-trust, and intention.
Her facilitation style is calm, reflective, and deeply human. She creates space where insight can emerge without pressure.
You’ve been showing up. Holding it together. Doing what’s required.
But something feels off.
You’re tired: not just physically, but internally.
You sense it’s time for a reset…
not a push, not a plan—a pause.
If you’ve been craving:
Space to breathe and reflect
A gentler way to recalibrate
A reminder of what honoring yourself actually looks like
This experience was created for you.
The Self-Love Reset Experience is a live, guided session designed to help you:
Release what’s draining you
Reset how you relate to yourself
Realign with what truly matters now
By the end of this experience, you’ll leave with:
More calm and clarity
Less internal pressure
A renewed relationship with yourself
At least one intentional way to move forward

This is not therapy.
Not motivation.
Not hustle energy.
It’s a safe, intentional space to reconnect with yourself:
without fixing, forcing, or proving.

We begin by slowing down.
You’ll be guided through a grounding practice to help you:
Shift out of mental noise
Settle into the present moment
Arrive fully—as you are with nothing to perform and nothing to solve
This portion of the experience is designed to help you name what’s no longer serving you—without fixing, forcing, or over-explaining.
Through guided reflection, you’ll begin to:
Notice where your energy has been leaking.
Identify patterns of overextension or self-override.
Create internal space for clarity to emerge.

Here’s where recalibration happens.
You’ll be guided through a reflective process that helps you:
Recognize what honoring yourself looks like now
Redefine self-love in practical, sustainable ways
Release old expectations and adopt a more aligned internal rhythm
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself.
We close by anchoring the experience with a simple, personal commitment.
You’ll leave with:
A clear internal focus
A grounded sense of direction
At least one intentional way to honor yourself moving forward
Not a list.
A shift.

This is a guided, reflective experience. You are never required to share, speak, or participate beyond your comfort level.
