Marcella Crank is a Growth Coach, the author of The Self-Love Workbook for Women and A Guided Self-Love Reflection Journal, and she is the founder of Crank It Up Coaching. She blends applied psychology with compassion-centered coaching to help people move forward with clarity, self-trust, and intention.

What You’ll Experience

ARRIVE

We begin by slowing down.

You’ll be guided through a grounding practice to help you:

  • Shift out of mental noise

  • Settle into the present moment

  • Arrive fully—as you are with nothing to perform and nothing to solve

RELEASE

This portion of the experience is designed to help you name what’s no longer serving you—without fixing, forcing, or over-explaining.

Through guided reflection, you’ll begin to:

  • Notice where your energy has been leaking.

  • Identify patterns of overextension or self-override.

  • Create internal space for clarity to emerge.

RESET

Here’s where recalibration happens.

You’ll be guided through a reflective process that helps you:

  • Recognize what honoring yourself looks like now

  • Redefine self-love in practical, sustainable ways

  • Release old expectations and adopt a more aligned internal rhythm

    This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself.

INTENTION

We close by anchoring the experience with a simple, personal commitment.

You’ll leave with:
