My journey from Air Force veteran to personal development leader has been one of purpose, growth, and transformation. I’m a certified Master Achologist through the Academy of Modern Applied Psychology. I am certified as a Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Master Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Specialist, Life Coach, and Skilled Helper. I also hold master’s degrees in Project Management and Business Administration.
As the author of The Self-Love Workbook for Women and A Guided Self-Love Reflection Journal, I create spaces for reflection, resilience, and renewal through Crank It Up Coaching. As a passionate speaker and facilitator, I engage audiences with messages of self-worth, balance, and authentic living, guiding women to reconnect with who they are and to lead with confidence in every area of life.
